Eric Haider is the founder of the Person-Centered Model. Eric is nationally recognized for his innovative efforts to change traditions in long-term care. In 1990 Eric recognized the desperate need to revitalize old traditions, practices, and culture in long-term care. Eric has been working tirelessly since then to promote change. Eric has been featured in several newspapers, trade publications, and on TV news programs. His innovative ideas have been presented to CMS, legislatures, surveyors, long-term care providers, and a variety of state, national, and international conferences.
Eric has worked over 20 years in long-term care as an administrator, CEO, and culture change consultant. He has received several awards including the Best Practice Award, the Excellence in Service and Care Delivery Award, and was selected as one of the top 20 people whose efforts made a difference and positive impact on our lives.
Eric is committed to helping others and determined to improve the perceptions of long-term care.
