Several years ago, Westminster Communities of Florida began to implement the Person-Centered Model of serving residents in its health centers and in that effort hired Eric Haider, one of the nation's pioneers and leaders in that endeavor.
At the request of several long-term care communities, Westminster Communities of Florida is now making the services of Mr. Haider available to other nursng homes, assisted living facilities, and other CCRC at very affordable rates.
