Founded in 1970 in support of a single Westminster community, the Foundation today, through the generosity of our residents and their estates, assists people in our communities statewide who have outlived their financial resources.

Through its Benevolent Assistance Endowment Program, the Foundation stands ready to provide confidential assistance to people in our communities whose financial resources have become depleted due to extenuating circumstances and through no fault of their own.
