Elizabeth Parry

Elizabeth “Betty” Parry came to Winter Park Village in 1978 as the bride of Robert Parry.  Mr. Parry was the Executive Director of the Presbyterian Homes of the Synod of Florida for 20 years and was responsible for the planning and construction of Winter Park Towers and Lakemont Village. Dr. Anne Richardson Gayles-Felton

Dr. Charlotte E. Maguire

In 2005, the Charlotte E. Maguire, MD, Endowed Scholarship Fund was established to provide scholarships for qualified employees at Westminster Oaks in Tallahassee who desire to become CNAs, LPNs, RNs, or MDs.  Dr. Maguire, a resident of Westminster Oaks, is dedicated to helping preserve the finest possible healthcare for her friends and neighbors at the Tallahassee community.
