Vice-President Foundation Services

Don HarrisDon Harris, Vice President of Foundation Services for Westminster Retirement Communities whose home office is in Orlando, Florida.  He also holds the position of Director of the Office of Church Relations which tells the mission and ministry of the communities.

Prior to joining the Westminster Retirement Communities staff, Dr. Harris served the Highlands United Presbyterian Church in Jacksonville as pastor for 15 years. This was his second church as a redevelopment pastor.  He has served as Chair of the New Church Development Committee for 10 of the past 15 years for St. Augustine Presbytery.

Don graduated from Carroll College in Waukesha, Wisconsin with a B.S. in religion in 1969. He then attended Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary in 1972, followed by his studies at McCormick Theological Seminary where he earned his Doctor of Ministry degree in 1979.  He is a former Trustee on the McCormick Board of Trustees.

Bradenton Area

Phil RideoutPhil Rideout is the father of three children and the grandfather of two.  He has been with Westminster for 10 years in several capacities with the marketing/sales group before joining the Foundation Team. Two years ago he was promoted to his present job as Regional Development Officer, managing the WRC Foundation's five West Florida locations in St. Petersburg and Bradenton.  His former occupations included insurance sales, sales management, and even worked his way up through his company's ranks to be general manager of one their subsidiaries for 5 years. He was happiest though, when he could move back home to Florida.  Phil is highly qualified and ready to help residents and friends with their financial planning and philanthropic interests.

Jacksonville Area

Heather ParkerHeather Parker is the Foundation Representative at Westminster Woods.  Heather serves the Westminster Retirement Communities Foundation in two capacities; as Development Officer and Church Relations Coordinator.  Her love for seniors is immediately evident, whether she's facilitating gifts to our communities or strengthening connections with local churches.

Heather is a graduate of Clemson University with a major in Psychology and a double minor in Philosophy and Religion. She and her husband enjoy the beach, the tranquility of kayaking and fellowship with friends.

Orlando Area

Cissy LuskCissy Bergman, a native of Georgia, attended Stetson University and the University of Georgia. She has been with Westminster Retirement Communities for over 10 years. The residents of the communities she serves are an extension of her family. She particularly embraces the mission of WRCF that is committed to the responsibility to use our resources well.

Cissy, who considers herself "mildly Anglophilic," has visited Great Britain 10 times, loves to travel independently, and has visited 16 foreign countries with plans to travel again this year.  She loves cats, reading, history, theater, good food, fellowship, and a hearty laugh.

St. Petersburg Area

Jennie WebbJennie Webb, Development Officer at two of the three communities in St. Petersburg ... Westminster Palms and Westminster Suncoast, has been with Westminster for six years and previously held the position of Marketing Representative at the Palms prior to joining the Foundation.

A graduate of Florida State University with a major in advertising and public relations, her background includes a career in sales, marketing, and advertising.

Jennie is an advocate of Westminster and the work of the Foundation. Her parents were residents at Westminster Towers in Orlando for many years. She witnessed first hand the quality lifestyle they enjoyed and the peace of mind they had knowing that the gifts of the Foundation would be there for them if they should ever need it.

In her off hours, Jennie pursues a love of art, music and yoga.  She has become a budding artist and is developing her water color skills. When she is not attending one of the local art shows or music events, she is avidly practicing her love of yoga.

Tallahassee Area

Pam WilsonPam Wilson has worked for Westminster Retirement Communities of Florida for over a year.  She loves talking with donors about their philanthropic hopes and dreams and how they would like to shape their legacies to this organization and its mission.

Pam enjoys spending time with her husband of 20 years and two teen-age sons.  Her hobbies are genealogy research, camping, and travel.
