Our Organization is a not-for-profit organization chartered on December 31, 1954 in the State of Florida and has a "covenant relationship" with the Presbyterian Church (USA). In 1961 we opened our first community, Westminster Manor, for the purpose of establishing and maintaining housing and related health care services.
Each active living community includes Residential living, Residential with Supportive Services living, and a Health Center and has been granted a Certificate of Authority from the Florida Department of Financial Services. We are in full compliance with all statutory reserve and reporting requirements as provided under Chapter 651, F.S.
