Nina Johnson

Born July 23, 1904, Nina celebrated her 107th birthday at Westminster Woods on Julington Creek in Jacksonville.  Watch Nina as she journeys through the community on her bike, talks to people, and checks out what's going on.  Nina knows what "Active Living" is all about.

Moving to the Beat

Jay Sean's "Do You Remember?" helps residents and staff at Westminster Shores in St. Petersburg get with the rhythm.  Watch residents and staff dancing and having a great time! Under the direction of staff chaplain, Rev. Jan Banker and video and editing provided by resident Hal Jensen, the project was a Wellness initiative emphasizing "Top of Mind" activity in the area of memory, creativity, social connectedness, and problem solving.
